Because management and leadership matter
every day
I help managers and teams build clarity, confidence and capability in the everyday moments that matter — the relationships, conversations and decisions that shape how people work and grow together.
Manager Development
I can help your managers understand what good management looks like, be clear about their responsibilities and handle day-to-day conversations and decisions with confidence.
What this could look like in your organisation
Bespoke events for your managers - webinars, single workshops or longer programmes, in person or online. Designed for you so that your mangers get the specific support they need
Learning Events
Easy to follow session plans your own people can deliver, combining good design with internal expertise. I can help you build your internal capability to support your managers.
Ready-to-use plans
Guides, video recordings, tip sheets and checklists that managers can use day-to-day in the moment and when they need them. Written for your context and ways of working.
Tools and resources
What happens after the learning really matters. I can design nudges, follow-up, reminders and reflections that help turn learning into everyday practice.

A bit about me
Judy Flaschmann
I started Everyday to bring together my experience, my interest in developing managers and teams and my passion for learning.
Managers matter because they shape how work feels and what gets done.
Teams matter because when people feel connected, supported and part of something shared, it helps both wellbeing and performance.
Learning has to work, it has to stick, and it has to help people navigate the real, everyday complexities of their roles.
My background
I’m a senior learning and organisational development professional with 30 years’ experience in the public and voluntary sectors, most recently leading manager and leadership development at the House of Commons.
I’ve been a manager myself, I’ve worked in HR and I’m a Chartered Member of the CIPD, so I understand both the relational side of management and the people processes around it. That mix of experience means I understand the realities, expectations and human decisions that shape everyday work.
What it’s like to work with me
I’ll work with you to get to the bottom of what’s really going on and what would genuinely help. Everything I do is shaped around your organisation, your people and what you’re trying to achieve.
I help people think clearly, try new ideas, work through challenges and find approaches that genuinely make a difference. My workshops are engaging and usually fun because energy, curiosity and a bit of provocation help people learn well and apply what matters.
People describe me as a calm, thoughtful presence, someone who brings insight, structure and gentle challenge. That combination of steadiness and spark is at the heart of how I work: creating learning that feels supportive, engaging, challenging and genuinely useful.
